BLoC is a software development architecture that has similarities to the MVVM architecture which involves mutation of state variables as a result of triggered events; which in turn updates the user interface of the application. The workings of this architecture indeed need some sort of monitoring tool to enable one to debug issues that may arise with the requirements of an application. BLoC inspector solves this problem.
