Hey everyone! I'm building SupportBridge (a highly constrained, safe AI support tool for SaaS).
Initially, my landing page was a bit generic. But I realized that for enterprise B2B, the biggest hurdle isn't feature-set—it's trust. Founders are terrified of AI going rogue with their customers.
So, I spent the last few days ripping out the old UI and building a completely new interface.
Here is what I changed:
Visual Guardrails: Added a dedicated "Safety Pillars" section explaining exactly what the AI CANNOT do.
Frictionless Audit: Removed the complex signup form. Now we just ask for a Help Center URL to generate a custom automation report.
Transparent Pricing: Switched to a single $99 pilot card with a clear "No surprise auto-billing" policy.
Would love some harsh feedback from this community on the new UI! Does it feel trustworthy enough for you to plug in your support inbox?
