We are trying to solve a small problem yet of a pressing concern, local issues like potholes, waste management, and inadequate street lighting and many other small issues often go unaddressed due to communication gaps between citizens and local authorities. This leads to frustration and a decline in community well-being.
Solution:
Our app, SnapCivic, bridges this gap by empowering three key personas: citizens, local government officials, and volunteers.
Citizens can easily report issues in their neighborhood using a user-friendly interface.
Volunteers and citizens can collaborate to address issues, fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility.
Officials receive real-time data on community needs to allocate resources effectively to address the issues.
