I'm Sergei, and I build Trippi on my own.

Trippi is a Chrome and Edge extension that shows live translated captions during a video call. Open a call in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams in your browser, choose the language you hear and the language you want to read, and the captions appear on top of the call as people speak.

• No bot joins the meeting, and other people do not see your captions

• Works in any browser tab with sound: webinars, online classes, Webex and more

• 68 languages

• After the call you get a transcript in both languages, and a short summary if you ask for it

• Audio is not recorded, and the transcript stays in your browser

It works on desktop only (Chrome, Edge and ChromeOS), not on phones. The translation is automatic, so it does not replace a human interpreter when every word matters.
