DevBrain is a self-improving engineering memory system that solves institutional knowledge loss for software teams. It ingests GitHub commits, pull requests, architecture decision records (ADRs), and codebase AST into a persistent hybrid graph-vector knowledge graph powered by Cognee. Instead of asking "why was this changed?" and getting shrugs, teams ask natural language questions and get sourced answers with full provenance back to the original PR, commit, or ADR.
