This case study is actually in the same format that we presented to the government officials during our presentation. We already knew that we had to present to Government Position Holding People and Judges who don't know much about UX and their importance so we try to keep this presentation simple enough that any non-designer can relate and evaluate based on their simple understanding. So we haven't mentioned any UX jargon or technical process that any normal person can't relate.
