I recently spent so much time procrastinating over what book to read next, and came to the realization:

1. Finding books similar to ones you like on Goodreads and Amazon is more difficult than it should be. The algorithm usually just recommends books that are popular in the genre of the book you like. Or just other books by the same author.

2. Subreddits like r/suggestmeabook can result in an overwhelming amount of suggestions from strangers online.

So we are working on a platform that combines uses AI to provide personalized book recommendations based on your reading preferences / what you are looking for. Plus, community and celebrity recommendations for social proof!
