I built Freelanzi because I was tired of running one freelance business out of five tools.
The contact lived in a CRM. The follow-up lived in Gmail. The invoice was in another app. The project was a Gantt I updated, then explained again by email. The proposal was a doc I could not open on my phone. Different logins, different renewals, and the same Friday night figuring out who still owed me.
Freelanzi is that work in one place. One account, on the phone and in the browser.
Prospectiz is the CRM. You email the client from the contact card, with templates, and the reply stays on that person.
Invoiciz handles quotes and branded PDF invoices. You can see what is paid and what is still due. Stripe is there if you connect it.
Ganttiz is milestones plus a client portal, so status is a link the client can open.
Dockiz turns a short brief into a proposal or contract draft, and keeps the project files with it.
Imaggiz is for mockups and social images when a project needs them.
AIz is the business coach for that same work. You type, or you hold the mic and talk. It answers in text, and it can speak back. You pick the voice: a calm mentor, an energetic coach, or a direct operator.
You give it a monthly number, an average deal, and a close rate. It turns that into how many sales, proposals, and outreach messages you need, then a 4-week plan. The goal is saved only after you approve it, so “I want $10k this month” becomes a daily target you can actually run.
You can ask it to draft an invoice, a follow-up, or an outreach template. It reads your real contacts, who opened an email, what is due in Ganttiz, and what is sitting in the inbox. You can also say “remind me Friday” and it sets a push reminder. The contact, the template, the invoice, and the project land in the same apps. A separate chat that forgets your clients is the thing this replaces: every write and every send waits for your approval.
If you need new leads, you name who you sell to, the city, and how many contacts you want. AIz pulls businesses from Google Maps and looks up emails with Google Search. It skips duplicates and keeps going until it has the new contacts you asked for. Solo and Enterprise include 400 scraped contacts a month. They go into Prospectiz, or you can take a CSV.
What you get from using it is the Friday question without opening five apps. Who still owes you, who to follow up, what to send today, and whether you are on pace for the month. You stay in control of every save and every send.
Freelanzi Mobile is the same CRM, invoices, projects, and client portal on iOS and Android. AIz is the coach on that phone. The web hub is the same work at a desk.
If you want to try it, there is a 7-day trial and you do not need a card. AIz includes 15 free coach requests before you subscribe. I am around if you want to know how the apps share a client.
