Overview
Compact three-phase-input power-supply board based on a customer-provided design. The board accepts L1/L2/L3/N mains input and provides isolated low-voltage power and supervision functions for the host system.
My contribution
I refactored and cleaned up the customer schematic, then designed the PCB completely from scratch. I was responsible for component placement, routing, mechanical integration, 3D verification and the complete manufacturing documentation package.
Engineering highlights
The design combines three-phase mains input, high-voltage rectification, filtering, isolated flyback conversion, low-voltage regulation and AC/power supervision on a compact board. The PCB required clear separation of high- and low-voltage domains, practical routing of high-current/high-voltage paths, accommodation of large through-hole power components, and strict coordination with the mechanical envelope and connectors.
Result
The finished board was prepared for manufacturing and released to production.
