Most posture advice is free and easy to find: chin tucks, wall angels, a stretch whenever you remember. The hard part is telling whether any of it is working, and most people stop after a few days because they can't tell.
Postural gives you a number to check. You take two photos, one from the front and one from the side, and Apple's on-device Vision measures your posture angles. The app turns them into a Postural Age: your real age plus the years your posture is adding. Scan again each week to see whether it moves.
Between scans you follow a short guided routine with spoken cues, a timer and a video demonstration for each movement. It targets the marker costing you the most years.
A licensed physiotherapist reviewed the routines, the form cues and the scoring thresholds. The years weighting is our own. That review, and our own testing after it, made the score smaller. Postural measures five things, and three of them are shown to you but never counted against you.
Your photos are measured and stored on your phone. None are uploaded.
The scan, your Postural Age, the coach note and the full exercise library are free. Pro adds the daily routine, scan history, before-and-after comparison and every marker's reading. Postural is a general wellness app, not a medical device.
