You know that feeling when you have a brilliant idea, get excited for about five minutes, then file it away in the mental maybe later pile? That was me with Yuubin. Like most of my ideas, it got lost somewhere between good intentions and daily distractions.

Two weeks ago, I got an email about TBH by Peerlist. I casually checked out the site, and on a whim, I submitted that long-forgotten idea. The process was super smooth.

Out of hundreds of applications, I was one of the 20 builders invited to be part of THINK . BUILD . HACK — a one-week, heads-down build sprint hosted by Peerlist. Honestly, seeing so many talented folks applying, I didn't think I had much of a shot. I hit submit and moved on — didn't plan, didn't prepare. But a week ago, I got the news that I'm in. It felt surreal.

I was beyond excited to finally bring that idea to life — with guidance from the Peerlist team. This was a chance I didn't want to waste. So, I thought let's make something meaningful.

Yuubin is a digital letter-writing platform where messages take exactly 24 hours to be delivered. It brings back the charm of traditional mail with a minimal, cozy interface.

In our world of instant messaging and immediate responses, there's something beautiful about waiting. About taking time to craft a thoughtful message, knowing it won't arrive until tomorrow. It encourages more deliberate communication, more meaningful exchanges.

The concept is simple; you write a letter, hit send, and your recipient gets it exactly 24 hours later. No notifications, no read receipts, no pressure for immediate responses. Just the gentle anticipation of correspondence, like the old days when checking the mailbox was a daily ritual.

We've optimized communication for speed, but somewhere along the way, we lost the art of patience. Yuubin isn't about being slow for the sake of being slow — it's about creating space for thoughtfulness.
