Tiger’s Journey turns more than five years of systems work into a 2.3 km interactive road, rendered by a 47.8 KB Rust/WebAssembly engine through raw WebGL.

Under the canvas, a binary scene format reduced the shipped scene to 22,176 bytes. A typical engine frame takes 0.50 ms. When 275 story objects became too fragile to move safely, I built a small choreography language and split the story into 16 beat files.
