The GGreg20_V3 Ionizing Radiation Detector is a new-generation, ready-to-use device designed for detecting ionizing radiation levels. It features an integrated SBM-20 Geiger tube and provides a pulse counting output, making it suitable for integration with various microcontrollers such as Arduino, Adafruit, ESP8266, and ESP32. The device offers both visual (LED) and audible (buzzer) indicators for radiation levels, with the option to mute the sound.

This module is an inexpensive and useful tool for checking the "purity" of everyday items like mushrooms, berries, vegetables, and firewood. It can be used to build personal counters for ionizing radiation, suitable for both portable and stationary applications. The core requirement for operation is a microcontroller capable of counting pulses per unit of time on a GPIO pin.
