The problem

Looking for a job in India usually means scrolling through hundreds of listings. Many of them look similar. Some ask for skills you do not have. Others are well below your experience. You open a listing, read half of it, and only then find out it was never a good match. Multiply that by fifty and a whole week is gone. Job boards are built to show as many listings as possible. A good search needs the opposite: fewer jobs, picked with more care. Hirerizz is built to cut that waste.

What Hirerizz does

You start by uploading your resume. Hirerizz reads it and builds a picture of your skills, your experience and the kind of work you have done. It then compares that picture with the jobs in its feed and gives every job a match score. The score comes with a short, plain reason, so you can see what lines up and what does not. A job that fits you rises to the top. A job that does not fit stays out of your way. Think of it as a first filter that does the sorting for you, so your attention goes to the jobs that deserve it.

You do not have to trust a number blindly. Each reason tells you what the match is based on, and you decide whether to apply.

How it works, step by step

Step one: sign in and upload your resume.

Step two: Hirerizz reads it and prepares your feed.

Step four: save the jobs that interest you.

Step six: apply, and mark the job as applied so you can track it.

Why I built it

I am Jatin, the founder of Hirerizz. I work in marketing. Over the years I have watched how people react to what they see online, what they click, what they ignore and what makes them trust something. When I looked at how people search for jobs, I saw a clear gap. The tools show you a lot of jobs but say very little about whether a job is right for you. I wanted a tool that answers that question first.

Hirerizz has just launched, so it is early, and your feedback shapes what comes next. If something is confusing, missing or wrong, I want to hear about it.

What Hirerizz is not

Hirerizz is not a guarantee of a job. No tool can promise that. It also does not replace your own judgement. What it does is give you a clearer view of where you stand, so you can decide faster and apply with more focus.
