DeskCue is built for people who move between meetings, calls, demos, interviews, and focused work throughout the day. Instead of finding apps, opening materials, copying links, and cleaning up sensitive screens before every event, you can apply your setup all at once.

Privacy-first by design: DeskCue is a local-first Mac app. Your setup, selected apps, file paths, event connections, and workspace state are stored on your Mac. Calendar access is used to show upcoming events and prepare your workspace. DeskCue does not upload your calendar events, file contents, URLs, or profile names to our servers.

Subscription: DeskCue includes free access for new users. After free access ends, an active DeskCue Monthly subscription is required to use Prep Mode and related workspace preparation features. Payment is handled by Apple through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
