Get a verified company employee list from LinkedIn. Give the LinkedIn Company Employees API company names or LinkedIn company URLs, up to 50 per run, and it returns the people who work there now as JSON: name, headline, job title where the profile shows one, location and public profile URL. Each person's public profile is opened and checked for a current role at the company. Anyone who has moved on is dropped and never charged, and so is anyone whose headline says Former or Retired.
What you get
One row per person, up to 1,000 per company. verified and matchReason record how the current role was confirmed. slug is a stable key, so you can compare this month's run with last month's. Verified rows add the public About text, schools and follower count. Every run also writes a RUN_SUMMARY record with, for each company, the people found and verified, LinkedIn's own employee count and the coverage ratio between the two.
Coverage and speed
Expect a partial list. In testing it found roughly 10 to 45% of a small company's people, 7 to 19% of a mid-size company's and under 1% of a very large company's, so a company with tens of thousands of staff comes back as hundreds of people. Job title keywords and locations reach deeper into big companies. A fresh run with profile checks takes about 3 to 10 minutes per company; switch checks off for a search-level list in under a minute. Many profiles hide the job title from signed-out visitors, so the headline is often the better field. A title keyword matches text anywhere on a profile, so check the title column before you count people by role.
Pricing
Pay per person, never per search. At launch every event costs $0.00001: one start event per run, then one event per person (found or verified, never both) and one per stored row. People dropped as former employees cost nothing.
Example use cases
Talent mapping: list a competitor team by title and city - engineers at Datadog in New York, verified. A test run returned 30 people in under eight minutes, all in New York.
Account mapping for sales: VPs and directors at each account - "vp", "head of" and "director" at Ramp, Deel and Vercel, passed by name. 45 people in under four minutes.
CRM data hygiene: get current employees at each account - procurement and accounts payable staff at two accounts, ready to match against your CRM on the profile slug. A contact missing from the run is unknown, not gone.
LinkedIn employee scraper mode without profile checks - verifyEmployment off returned 25 search-level rows in 42 seconds. Those rows are unchecked, so some of the people may have left.
Company employees in Claude via MCP - ask for ten engineers at Notion and the agent runs a small checked list in about three minutes.
Works with MCP
The Actor runs as a tool on the hosted Apify MCP server, so Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can call it with no scraping code. Ask for the data engineers at a company in one city and the agent gets structured rows back. Keep the number small in a chat, because a checked run takes minutes.
What it does not do
No email addresses or phone numbers, no reporting lines or org charts, no lists of former employees, and no LinkedIn-internal filters such as seniority codes. It reads only what LinkedIn shows signed-out visitors and never asks for a login or cookie. For company size, industry and headquarters, pair it with the LinkedIn Company API.
Responsible use
This is public profile data for business research. It is not a background check, and it must not be used for decisions about anyone's employment eligibility, credit, housing or insurance.
