Realestate.com.au Property API turns any Australian suburb into clean, structured JSON. Search buy, rent, or sold listings with no listing URL needed, and get back beds, baths, parking, land size, sold date, agent details, and coordinates for every property. It exists because realestate.com.au has no public API, and plenty of people keep asking for one.

Point it at a suburb, a state, and a listing type, and it returns one JSON row per property, with CSV and Excel export built in. Pay per listing, no subscription. It also runs over MCP, so Claude and other AI agents can call it as a tool and pull sold prices or rental figures without writing any scraping code.

What it returns

Each row carries the property id, type, street address, suburb, postcode, state, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, land size, floor area, year built, sales history, last sold date, last sold agency, listing type, rent price, agents, image URLs, and latitude and longitude. Confirmed live at 35 of 44 fields. The automated valuation fields are mostly empty in live data, so treat this as a listings and sold-price tool, not a valuation model.
