Realestate.com.au has no public API, so pulling Australian property data usually means copying listings by hand or buying a data-vendor seat. This Actor turns realestate.com.au into a clean JSON feed. Search any suburb for buy, rent, or sold listings with no listing URL needed, and get one structured row per property.
Each row carries the fields a market-research workflow actually uses: property type, full street address, suburb, postcode and state, bedrooms, bathrooms and parking, land size and floor area, year built, sold date and sale history, the selling agency and agents, listing images, and latitude and longitude. You pay per listing returned, and CSV and Excel export is built in. No subscription.
What you can pull
Sold prices and sold dates for a suburb, with the agency that sold each home.
Current for-sale listings with beds, baths, parking and land size.
Weekly rent prices by suburb, filtered to recent listings.
A full suburb dataset exported to CSV or Excel for a spreadsheet or a model.
An honest limit: the automated valuation estimate fields are mostly empty in live data, so treat this as a listings and sold-price feed, not a valuation model. It returns what realestate.com.au shows, as data you can query.
