NOTE: I don't have an Apple developer subscription: To install on iOS: You must sideload the .ipa file using AltStore, SideStore, or Sideloadly (requires a PC/Mac). This allows you to install it using your own free Apple ID. App expires after 7 days and needs re-signing. You're limited to 3 active sideloaded apps per Apple ID at a time (workarounds exist, like using multiple IDs, but they're not official).
