Two different dashboards, one for admin or company and one for the person looking for the job. The person logs into the site and uploads his/hers CV. using NLTK in python, we find out the skills person has and match them up with the job openings declared by the companies. Eligible candidates are selected. Company can conduct a test on the site. It creates a test from company's dashboard. All candidates takes the test and ones with the score above threshold gets selected.
