I cofounded SpeedVitals and run it with a small team. Every week there was work nobody had time for: look into a market, find partners, write the outreach, check the numbers, send the update. I couldn't hire for all of it, and chatbots only gave me answers. I still had to do the work.

So I built SquadRoom: an AI team that gets work done.

How it works

You describe the job once, the way you would to a person. A lead hands it to the right squad member: research, writing, outreach, operations, or any role you need. You can add as many squad members as you like.

They take the job from start to finish. They look things up across the web, LinkedIn, Reddit, X and YouTube, use the apps you connect, like Gmail, Slack, HubSpot and Notion, and even have email addresses of their own.

When the job is done, the finished work lands in your Docs, with every version kept and every step shown.

You stay in charge

They do the work. You make the calls. If they get stuck, they ask you a quick question, and once you answer they carry on. Nothing gets sent or posted without your OK.

They work together

Squad members share the work and check each other's results, so what comes back is something you can use.

It keeps going

Set a job to repeat and they handle it on schedule: a weekly report, a research scan, a follow-up. You can also chat with them in the app or on Telegram.

An example

In the demo, the founder asks: find 15 integration partners, draft outreach for the best five, and say who to contact first, but do not send anything. Under two hours later there is a ranked shortlist, five personal emails and five checked contacts, plus one question waiting: which two partners to contact first. Nothing was sent.

Who it is for

Founders, solo operators and small teams with more work than people, in any industry. Marketing, research, sales outreach, operations and support all work the same way: you describe the job, they do it.

Pricing

$49 a month for the whole team in early access (the list price is $99). Add as many squad members as you like. Bring your own AI: connect ChatGPT or an API key from your provider and pay them directly, with no markup. 1,000 research credits a month are included. 7-day money-back guarantee, cancel any time.
