On Mac

Record online meetings directly from your Mac without inviting a meeting bot. Dictantor captures microphone and system audio separately, so you can keep track of both sides of the conversation and get a searchable transcript afterwards.

On iPhone and Apple Watch

Record in-person meetings, conversations, or quick voice notes from your iPhone. You can also start recordings from Apple Watch when you don't want to keep your phone on the table.

Search, playback, and insights

Search across your transcripts to find something that was said weeks or months ago, then jump back to the corresponding moment in the recording. Audio and transcript playback stay synchronized.

On supported devices, Apple Intelligence can turn recordings into useful insights such as summaries, key takeaways, and action items — processed on-device.

Your Dictantor library can sync between iPhone and Mac through your private iCloud account, so recordings and transcripts are available across your Apple devices.
