Your inbox gets sorted into four categories: Other, FYI, Needs Reply, and Their Move. Kai auto-drafts responses matching your tone (saved as native Gmail/Outlook drafts), extracts action items from threads, and tracks stale conversations — nudging contacts after a few days of silence.
Each morning, Kai proposes an optimal daily plan — tasks slotted against your real calendar, deep work protected, competing priorities surfaced with trade-offs. When things change (meetings overrun, new requests land), it recalculates and adjusts collaboratively.
