I've built it all. Tool for teachers to create offline tests. Done with PhalconPHP, Twitter Bootstrap and MySql. I've organized 5 teaching sessions how to use this tool. It was very interesting experience and I literally got in touch with users. Found out many UX little things that matter for users and made changes for software.
