Swiggy is an Indian online food ordering and delivery platform. It’s mission is to elevate the quality of life for the urban consumer. They are always searching of new ways to differentiate the platforms offerings In India’s competitive market.The Supply Design team at Swiggy manages the onboarding new restaurants and the workflow of existing restaurants. Restaurant owners used the “Growth Tab” of the app to track their online growth on Swiggy. In early 2022, I worked with the team for restaurant revenue and growth, to introduce customer loyalty on the restaurant-side application. This project was not shipped during my internship, but helped envision customer loyalty in online food business.The project was picked up in parts by late 2023.
