What it does

• Writes first: a natural message to your guest on WhatsApp or email, like a person wrote it.

• Understands real replies: "Can't do Thursday, but Monday works" in English, Czech, Slovak or German.

• Checks your calendar: offers only times you're really free, inside your working hours.

• Remembers how you work: say "no meetings before ten" once and it sticks.

• Handles changes: "I can't make it, move it to 4 pm" and it arranges the new time with everyone.

• Passes your message on: "tell them I'm 5 minutes late" goes to all participants on WhatsApp and email.

• Voice notes and reminders: understands voice messages and sends a reminder with buttons the day before.

Pricing

You only pay for a confirmed meeting. The first 3 every month are free, then from $1.60 per meeting. Guests never pay.

For developers and AI agents

The same engine is available through a REST API, SDKs for JavaScript and Python, and a hosted MCP server, so an AI agent like Claude can book a meeting with a real person as one of its tools.
