Quay — Contract OS for Commodity Trade

Designing and implementing the product for Quay, a contract OS for global commodity trade — built for desks closing million-dollar grain, metals, and energy deals across EU and MENA markets. Multi-party workflow covering deal drafting (with GAFTA, FOSFA, LME templates), scoped counterparty sharing, contract signing with hash-stamped audit trail, and kanban-based trade ops. Key UX challenge: balancing enterprise complexity (field-level RBAC, compliance audit) with the speed traders need. Currently in progress, launching Q4 2026. https://www.quay.pro/
