Google Voice Dispatch Agent is an AI outbound calling console that drives Google Voice in Chrome using Selenium. It tracks call state and speaks only once a call connects, using speech-to-text and an LLM for replies, and it can leave a pre-recorded voicemail. It includes a FastAPI operator console, CRM logging and Windows app packaging.
