• Owned the entire Next.js 14 frontend — architecture, implementation and release — for a platform reaching 300K+

users and 500K+ page views over a 6-month period across the US, Singapore and Europe.

• Led technical SEO and indexing architecture for a 3.7M-page site, keeping ~300K URLs indexed while managing 370K+

noindex and canonical rules to protect crawl budget.

• Grew organic search through SSR optimisation: 369K+ clicks from 24M+ impressions in six months, with CTR up 36%

and average Google position improving from 9.1 to 8.1.

• Engineered data-intensive dashboard modules (/positions, /supervisors) with Next.js and Zustand, handling complex

client-side filtering and real-time sync — sustaining 5.5-minute average sessions.

• Built Google OAuth and One-Tap onboarding flows handling 9.8K+ authentication events, cutting friction on the path to

subscription conversion.

• Architected desktop-first layouts in TailwindCSS and NextUI for a user base that was 90% desktop, with consistent

behaviour across Windows and macOS browsers.

• Rebuilt the core landing page in Next.js 14 with GSAP, delivering performant interactive animation across all

breakpoints.

• Expanded into backend work in my final 8 months, shipping reviewed Python/FastAPI pull requests alongside full

frontend ownership.
