I’m a developer and IT professional who combines hands-on technical support experience with modern full-stack development, allowing me to build systems that are not just functional—but reliable and scalable.

My journey began in IT support, where I worked closely with real users and real problems. From fixing hardware issues to configuring systems and troubleshooting software, I learned how technology behaves beyond theory.

Working as an IT Help Desk Technician at Excellent Publicity, I handled day-to-day technical challenges that required quick thinking and practical solutions.

This experience gave me something many developers miss — real-world system understanding.

Instead of just solving problems, I started asking:
