PPD Genesis is the second stage of the People Pattern Detector Ecosystem — a structured 28-day recalibration program designed for pattern-aware adults who are ready to move beyond recognition into active, lasting change. Awareness alone does not interrupt a pattern. Genesis does.
Built exclusively for adults with ADHD, Autism, Empath Sensitivity, and High Sensitivity (HSP), Genesis picks up exactly where the PPD Assessment leaves off. Once you have your Entry Perception Profile and can name what is running in the background of your decisions and relationships, Genesis gives you the sequenced, week-by-week framework to begin dismantling it. Not through generic journaling prompts or feel-good affirmations — through targeted, evidence-based self-work built on 700+ days of independent neurodivergent research.
This is not a course. Not a workbook. Not a wellness app. It is a recalibration infrastructure — human-first, pattern-specific, and gated by design.
How It Works
Genesis is a four-week structured journey, with each week targeting a distinct layer of your dominant behavioral pattern. The work builds sequentially — you cannot skip ahead, because the foundation of each week is what makes the next one functional.
Week 1 — Assess & Calibrate: Map the precise mechanics of your dominant pattern. Identify the specific triggers that activate it, the automatic responses it generates, and the environments where it runs loudest. This week turns awareness into a working blueprint.
Week 2 — Train: Examine the secondary pattern — how your core complex has created vulnerabilities and where you have unknowingly contributed to dynamics that cost you. This is the week most people have been avoiding. It is also the most important one.
Week 3 — Source & Discern: Establish internal boundaries. Learn to differentiate your own emotional landscape from what you have absorbed from others. Begin to challenge the foundational beliefs your dominant pattern was built to protect — and start disengaging from their hold.
Week 4 — Integrate: Bring it together. Refine your discernment. Build the behavioral defaults that replace the old pattern. The goal is not perfection — it is a sustainable path forward where your patterns no longer make decisions for you.
Completion artifacts are generated throughout the program, creating a documented record of your progress that can be shared with your therapist or coach — giving your clinical work a head start before you walk in the door.
Who It's For
Genesis was built for the adults who have spent years in therapy, coaching, or self-help — making progress in the room and losing it everywhere else. If you have the awareness but not the infrastructure to act on it consistently, Genesis is the missing layer.
Adults with ADHD who understand their patterns intellectually but struggle to interrupt them in real time. Autistic adults working through deeply ingrained masking behaviors and the identity questions that surface when the mask comes off. Empaths and HSPs who recognize their approval-seeking and absorption tendencies but have not yet built the internal boundaries to protect against them.
For therapists and coaches, Genesis functions as a between-session continuity tool that produces completion artifacts your clients bring into session — replacing discovery friction with documented evidence of self-work already done.
Why It's Different
Most 28-day programs are built around motivation. Genesis is built around sequence. The order of the four weeks is not arbitrary — it mirrors the actual mechanics of how behavioral patterns form, layer, and eventually break. Skipping Week 2 because it is uncomfortable is exactly why most self-work stalls. Genesis does not allow for that shortcut.
Human-first. No AI involvement in the Genesis program itself. Every insight, every completion artifact, every breakthrough belongs entirely to the person who did the work. AI enters the ecosystem only in Stage 3 — and only because the human foundation is already in place.
Pattern recognition without recalibration is just self-awareness that goes nowhere. Genesis is where the work actually happens.
