IT Client Interview & Support Coordinator (Remote)

We're looking for reliable, professional individuals to support our software engineering team during client meetings and interviews.

Our team works across a wide range of technologies, including Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Quality Assurance.

Option 1: Support Partner

Ideal for individuals who can provide a dedicated laptop for remote work support.

Requirements

• Based in the EU or US preferred

• Provide a laptop with 24/7 remote access

• Reliable internet connection

• Long-term availability

Compensation

• $50–$150 per month per laptop

• Additional performance and project-based bonuses

Option 2: Client Interview & Call Support

Ideal for native English speakers with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and interviews

• Support discussions with software engineering candidates and clients

• Help facilitate professional communication during calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Native English speaker

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• IT, software engineering, or technical background preferred

Compensation

• $30–$50 per hour

• Additional project-based bonuses
