Built a large-scale last-mile routing system capable of generating full fleet plans from thousands up to ~1M delivery stops in minutes on commodity hardware. The architecture focuses on solving routing as a single coherent planning problem while handling real operational constraints such as capacity, time windows, and route limits. Validated on the public Amazon Last Mile Routing Research Challenge dataset.
