Stacktape is a DevOps platform for teams deploying applications to their own AWS account. It connects the application repository with infrastructure design, builds, deployments and ongoing operations.
Developers can review a proposed AWS configuration, understand why each resource is needed and inspect likely costs before deployment. Stacktape packages containers and Lambda functions, connects deployment workflows to Git, creates isolated pull-request environments, and supports gradual rollouts and rollbacks.
The Console keeps logs, metrics, traces, errors, uptime checks and browser tests together. It also brings IAM permissions, network access, secrets, team guardrails and security scans into the same workflow. Incident investigations combine operational signals, recent releases and application code, then prepare a fix pull request for review. Cost views, budgets and alerts help teams track AWS usage by project, environment and resource.
Stacktape's CLI is open source (MIT), and infrastructure configuration lives in the team's repository. Resources stay in the customer's AWS account, with AWS billing the customer directly. Stacktape has a free plan for up to $100/month of managed AWS spend. Paid plans charge a percentage of managed AWS costs, with no per-seat or per-deployment billing.
