NextGen CRM / Sales Process Transformation (SPT) is a migration project to move from Siebel CRM to SFDC (Sales Force Dot Com). The CMU (Customer Master Universe) application which is web based application interacts with SFDC to assist the sales reps in usage of SFDC against Siebel. The CMU application interacts with a system of record (MDCP) holding the organization and associated data. The Dun & Bradstreet data on the organizations across the globe is loaded into MDCP in assisting the Sales Reps to utilize the new data along with the existing data from Siebel CRM. This project aims to completely remove the dependency on Siebel CRM and allow the Sales Reps to use SFDC. Currently this project is under construction to expose sale reps in different HP regions to SFDC
