AI Dev Tools: Game-Changer or Hype?

Jan to March 2025 — I went all-in on testing AI dev tools.

Not because I was scared.
Not because of hype.

I was just curious.
I respect where AI is going, and I wanted to see for myself.

Can it replace devs like people are saying?

So I tried damn near everything that was buzzing:

– Windsurf
– Rollout.site
– Trae
– Firebase Studio
– Cursor
– Bolt.new
– Sweep
– Devika
– Marblism
– Mutable
– Continue
– Copilot
– Lovable
– Codeium
– Replit
– Galileo
– Uizard
– Locofy
– Figma AI
– Framer AI
– And some weird ones from random Discord.

Some were solid.
Some helped speed things up.
Some were useless.
But not a single one replaced what we do at @Sanganak.

They couldn’t think.
They couldn’t feel.
They couldn’t care.

And that matters.

Because building great stuff isn’t just code.
It's intention. It’s decisions. It’s taste.

We use AI tools.
Every day.

But we don’t depend on them.
We build with our brain and heart first.
AI just tags along.

And that’s why I’m not worried.

Sanganak still has skin in the game.
And building with intention?
Still rare. Still powerful.
