The Harsh Reality of Working with Some Clients

Why @Sanganak Chooses Its Clients Carefully

The Harsh Reality of Working with Some Clients

In the early days of building @Sanganak, we were eager. Hungry.
We thought that if someone reached out for an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), especially for something like ****Talk, it meant serious intent.

After all, why would anyone waste time discussing ideas if they weren't committed?

Enters: ***** Gupta.
Reached out, asked for an MVP build for a venture similar to ****Talk.

The communication was smooth initially — clear about requirements, keen to understand deliverables.

We dedicated time: strategizing, planning, aligning the tech roadmap, even advising where the business model could be strengthened (without charging a dime upfront).

Then?

Silence. Absolute ghosting.

No formal no.
No "thank you for your time."
No decency to even say "we’ve decided not to proceed."

Here’s What Most People Don’t Understand:

When a serious tech company like Sanganak invests time into your project discussions,
→ it's not just casual chit-chat.
→ it's consulting, strategy, and brainpower being offered at a founder level.

Time = Cost.
Expertise = Cost.
Attention = Cost.

When you ghost, you don't just waste "some agency’s time."
You waste the momentum that could've gone to building real value elsewhere.

Why We Don’t Prefer Indian Clients (Generally):

Hard truth: Many Indian clients (especially early-stage founders) treat service providers like throwaway options.

  • No respect for professional time.

  • No clear understanding of what building a scalable product really takes.

  • No culture of upfront commitments or mutual respect.

It’s not about patriotism.
It’s about mindset.

Whereas foreign clients — especially in the US, Europe, Middle East —
→ value time,
→ value expertise,
→ pay what it’s worth,
→ and collaborate like true partners.

Sanganak isn’t chasing transactions.
We are building partnerships.

That’s why today — and going forward —
🔹 We are extremely selective about who we work with.
🔹 We require minimum project readiness before committing any strategic input.
🔹 We prioritize clients who respect the craft of branding, design, tech, AI, and blockchain innovation.

What Founders and Clients Should Learn:

✅ If you’re serious about building — be serious from day zero.
✅ Respect professional conversations like real business meetings.
✅ If you change your mind, communicate it — respectfully.
✅ Don't ghost. It damages your personal brand more than you realize.

Professionalism costs nothing.
But the lack of it costs everything.

Final Word from Sanganak:

We build with heart.
We innovate with intensity.
We respect every second we spend shaping the future.

If you want to work with Sanganak, come prepared.
Because we do.
