Idus is a to-do list, a project planner and a notebook in one app, made for students and for anyone running several projects at once.
Projects come in numbered steps, and every task carries a deadline and an urgency color (yellow, orange, red), so the next thing to do is obvious. The same project can be seen as a list, a board or a map you lay out yourself. Every deadline from every project lands on one calendar, with reminders.
Notes hold checklists, real tables and pictures, sorted in folders. In a browser, any note can become a notebook: a book whose pages turn, which you can then read on your phone.
Goals have their own space, in categories you name, short, medium or long term. A focus timer adds the time you worked to the project you worked on.
Share a project and a group chat opens inside it, next to the tasks. @Idus, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about your deadlines and can turn a pasted email or document into a plan with steps and tasks.
Idus works offline, speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian, comes in six themes, and has no ads. Your data is never sold.
Pricing: the Android app is free, with no limits and no time limit. The subscription ($5 a month or $48 a year, 7 days free, no card to start) adds Idus in a browser and on Windows, the @Idus assistant, sharing your own projects, and attaching files.
