At Linktr.ee I have been actively involved in their experimentation initiative. As part of this role, I have successfully contributed to the proof of concept and subsequent development of artefacts aimed at empowering teams to run their own experiments Project Highlights: Spearheaded an initiative to swap feature flag providers from Launch Darkly to Statsig. Working closely with product, data, and platform teams to ensure a seamless transition and enhance experimentation capabilities. Collaborated across multiple platforms, including product, data, and platform teams, to develop comprehensive tooling solutions. This involved leveraging my expertise as an engineering domain expert in experimentation and my prior experience in Marketing. Conducted workshops and training sessions to increase the adoption of the developed tooling.
