Safemed is a decentralized medical records platform for hospitals, doctors and patients. It aims to reduce the counterfeiting of drugs and prevent medical prescription forgery. With Safemed, all the medical history of the patient is stored in their contract with encryption which is on the blockchain. We also have a portal for doctors, so when a patient wants to share some medical history with their doctor, they can directly scan the QR code and give the doctor access to their medical history. Safemed is built on the Rinkeby Ethereum test net with web3 and contracts written with Solidity. It includes disease detection based on report results with datasets from Kaggle.
