The problem

Creating invoices can seem straightforward, however when you scale it can quickly become a pain. You have to type out the client details, calculate VAT, keep up to date with e-invoicing rules and chase late payments. Most platforms are basic templates or complex accounting tools. Invoqk offers a middle ground between the two by being quick to use and having a strong admin and automation component.

Payment due in 14 days" and Invoqk will extract all the invoice details including client, items, taxes, dates and payment terms. You can then review and customise your invoice before sending.

Why I made it

I wanted a quick invoicing tool that still complied with the tax and e-invoicing requirements small businesses are now expected to follow.
