Upasthiti 2.0 is an IoT system that uses sensors and cameras to change status so that a desirable person can check the members' availability on the premises. There is also a chat system where the members of the premises can directly have a conversation with each through the app. A Upasthiti 2.0 for any premises to indicate availability/non-availability of individual registered members with respective organizations. The smartboard can be placed at the entrance of the premises for the visitors who are coming to visit a particular person. The proposed system will also reduce the rush inside the premises and prevents other members from being disturbed. As the system is being deployed at the educational organization, the system works with sensor and camera-based technology the status of registered faculty can be automatically updated to available/not available. Same for the students who want to check faculty availability through a mobile application in Flutter, they must have to be connected to the intranet. The system will work based on organization rules and regulations.
