In this project Joakim was the main project manager when a large critical business system was moved from the VB6 platform to the .NET platform. The project include refactoring, migration and throughout testing of the entire application to achieve 100% functional equivalence. The project was very successful and went under budget. The project got the price “Project of the Year” at the company for highest quality, most satisfied customer, most profitable project and most satisfied project participants. As the main project manager Joakim was responsible for many aspects in the project: • Recruit resources for the project in Norway, Sweden and Russia. • Management of 18 people distributed in Oslo Norway, Stockholm Sweden and St Petersburg Russia. • Communicate with the customer and take an active part in sales and agreements. • Responsible for the full project lifecycle including project conception, initiation, analysis, planning, execution and delivery.
