Deep in work and suddenly late for a meeting? Meeting Buddy brings your next meeting into view with a tiny parachuting companion or a full-screen reminder.

Meet Buddy Pig, your new menu bar companion. When a meeting is coming up, Buddy drops onto your screen with the details you need. Open the meeting link, snooze the reminder, or get back to work.

A FRIENDLIER WAY TO REMEMBER

Choose Friendly mode for an animated nudge that lets you keep working. Hover over Buddy to pause the animation and take a closer look before opening your meeting.

A STRONGER NUDGE WHEN YOU NEED IT

Switch to Hard mode for a full-screen reminder with Join, Snooze and Dismiss controls. You choose when to use it, and you can always dismiss it.

YOUR DAY, IN THE MENU BAR

See today's meetings without opening another calendar window. Check times, view available meeting details and open a meeting link from the Today list.

LESS LINK HUNTING

Open supported Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex links found in your calendar events. Meeting Buddy opens the link in your browser or meeting app; it does not turn on your camera or microphone or join a call for you.

REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE

Choose how far ahead to be reminded, select the calendars to follow, snooze when you need more time and pause reminders when you need a break. Set quiet hours and choose where Buddy appears on your display setup.

BUILT FOR YOUR MAC

Enjoy a native menu bar experience, reduced-motion support and the option to launch at login. Preview reminders in Settings to find the style that works for you.

YOUR CALENDAR, PROCESSED ON YOUR MAC

No Meeting Buddy account is required. Calendar information is processed locally and is not sent to us. Meeting Buddy does not create, edit or delete your calendar events.

BEFORE YOU START

Meeting Buddy requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later and permission to access your calendars. It reads calendars available in the Calendar app on your Mac. To use Google Calendar, first add your Google account in macOS System Settings > Internet Accounts and enable Calendars. A calendar available only in your browser will not appear automatically.

Meeting Buddy is a reminder companion, not a calendar editor. The app interface is currently available in English.

A tiny companion. A timely nudge. A better way to show up.
