This chatbot is designed to bridge the gap between individuals and essential health-related knowledge, serving as a virtual assistant for health-related inquiries and guidance. The purpose of this project is to create a user-friendly and reliable chatbot that offers users access to a wealth of health information, symptom assessment, first aid guidance, and emergency response assistance. This chatbot aims to empower users by providing them with essential health insights, enabling them to make informed decisions about their well-being. It also strives to enhance the overall healthcare experience by offering immediate assistance and support. The scope of this endeavor encompasses the development of a chatbot capable of user registration and authentication, efficient handling of user queries, access to a comprehensive health information database, symptom assessment, provision of first aid guidance, dissemination of health tips, and guidance on emergency response. While the chatbot is intended to provide valuable health information, it is important to note that it is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. This Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document outlines the functional and non- functional requirements, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and future enhancements associated with the Primary Health Care Chatbot project. It serves as a foundational guide for the development team, ensuring that the chatbot meets its objectives effectively and adheres to applicable healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
