EFA is a school management system I built for an NGO, live and used every day at efanew.vercel.app. It runs their learning centres across West Bengal: student records, attendance, assessments, and reporting, all in one place.

The heart of it is the assessment module. Admins create assignments, coordinators at each centre propose exam dates, teachers enter marks, and admins verify them. A proper maker checker workflow, so no single person controls the whole chain.

There is also a supporter showcase for their CSR partners, dashboards with live stats, and role based access for admins, coordinators, and teachers.

This one taught me what building for the real world means. The users are teachers in rural centres, not tech people, so everything had to be simple, fast, and forgiving. It has to work every single school day without me watching it.
