ParkIT (getparkit.in) is a peer-to-peer (P2P) parking marketplace unlocking underutilized parking infrastructure across high-density tech hubs in Bengaluru, starting with HSR Layout and Koramangala.

Tech commuters waste 20+ minutes daily searching for street parking, risking heavy traffic fines and vehicle towing. Meanwhile, the permanent shift to post-pandemic hybrid work models has left corporate tech parks, commercial complexes, retail malls, and residential apartment towers operating with massive idle parking capacity. These spaces sit largely vacant during daytime office hours and become even emptier after 6 PM, representing significant unmonetized real estate.

While our initial validation uses a web-first approach for speed and zero user friction, ParkIT is building toward a full-stack B2B2C mobile ecosystem:
- Driver App (B2C): Turn-by-turn navigation directly to assigned bays, automated RFID/BLE gate access, monthly commuter subscriptions, and real-time spot extensions.
- Partner & Facility Dashboard (B2B): Enterprise SaaS portal for facility managers and management committees to automate dynamic pricing, monitor real-time occupancy, set custom access rules, and receive automated payout disbursements.

We are running a 21-day validation pilot across HSR Layout (Sectors 1–7) and Koramangala (5th & 6th Blocks) to test real-time commuter demand and commercial gate verification workflows.
