Pitched an agrotech solution for the Moonshot Pirates challenges that aimed to address SDGs 2, 12, and 13. The concept aimed at promoting hydroponics using IoT sensors to monitor crops and finally linking producers to the market. This pitch ranked 36/50 globally, missing out on the top ten due to low radicality and wow effect. Moonshot Pirates encourages participants to think outside the box and we just didn't carry our novelty with us here. However, we rated 10/10 and 9/10 for impact and feasibility. My teammates and I wanted to be as realistic as possible because a lot of startups have crashed and burned in this area.
