Hire my Peer

This project is a part of the 10kdesigners capstone project assigned by Peerlist, with the aim of building a referral reward feature for Peerlist members who can refer a friend for a job post on the platform.

In this case study, I have explained in detail my process and implementation of designing the "Hire my Peer" feature for Peerlist under the guidance of Akash Bhadange (CEO and Founder of Peerlist).

The case study is divided into four sections:

1. Setting up the context.

2. Defining the problem, persona categorization, and research.

3. Strategizing, finding solutions, and implementation.

4. Short tl;dr videos sprinkled throughout.

This case study received more than 7k impressions across platforms and is also published in Bootcamp on Medium.
