Created a Universal Agency Database combining production from multiple production systems across various business units within Markel. This dashboard provides detailed agency production, metrics, charts, gauges, year over year growth, maps, sales notes, and supplemental reports. This dashboard is used by our national sales team, underwriting, agency services, sales administration, marketing, and customer service departments. The dashboards can be generated to display a single agency, multiple agencies, state, territory, and many other aggregate views. It also generates detailed rolling 12 month policy and submission reports.
